Amateur restoration - not like new or perfect but
very nice
(some cracks in varnish on decks and side)
Honduran Mahogany
Boat was put in the water for 10 min for some pictures only
The boat
MUST be SWELLED
before use.
Did not west system bottom-wanted to be allowed to see the wood of the boat.
Engine:
1948 Ford Flathead V8(110 hp)
The engine was overhauled, Approx. 20 hours on overhaul
Has a Mohawk Marine Conversion kit.
Motor was removed got restoration, motor has been run 2 times a year since restoration.
Restoration was completed in Aug. of 2020
Entire interior was restored and new carpet.
Trailer:
1948 custom built cradle trailer
Fully restored with new paint, bearings, seals, tires, and taillights.
Approx. 20 miles on trailer.
No gas has been put into the onboard fuel tank.
