Cellerciser is in very good condition. Some cosmetic signs of wear. Signs of wear on some legs and springs but this does not affect performance.

Rubber leg tips and legs: Signs of wear. Some wear is from balance bar attachment which scraped the legs when attaching.
These are built to last a lifetime.  Used cellerciser's have been sold out on Ebay.  Anyone who owns a Cellerciser knows these are extremely durable.  There is a video of David Hall leaving his out in the snow on his porch for the entire winter (I have never tried this).Cellerciser's could be hosed down with water, without ever having to worry about rusting.  No offgassing whatsoever, even if you left it in a hot car. (I have never tried this either). It can hold even more than the company rates it for at 350 lbs.  The frame itself is 39 lbs. Cellerciser's are very popular and maintain their value very well, especially as prices continue to go up.
