Grains are unmilled, if you would like the grains milled immediately before shipping please let us know! Milled grains work best in a mash!
Please Note: If you would like milled grains please indicate at the time of purchase, once we have printed your shipping label your items are immediately packaged for shipment and we will no longer be able to mill your grains.
Grains milled for brewing or distilling are run through a mill just enough to break the kernel into enough pieces to extract all the sugar, it is NOT milled into a flour.
Not all grains are created equal! Its important when shopping for grains for your home brewing to buy from reputable sellers. All of our products are food grade quality and made for humans!
