    Description

    This cutter head is a 3" wide, 6 knife industry standard design, industrial wood milling head. It uses high speed steel hollow ground splitter knives mounted between straight knives to smooth plane and split material. The sleeve that locks the head to the machine spindle is 2 3/16" I D and 2 9/16" O D. Sleeves with smaller I D such as 2 1/8'' or 1 13/16'' can be used with this cutter head. The head body diameter is 6 3/4" and the cutting circle of the splitters is 8 3/4''.
