What is SawHaul?
SawHaul is a chainsaw carrying device that can be installed on equipment (Tractors, UTV's, ATV's, Pickup Beds, Chippers, Utility Vehicles, Spider Lifts, Benches, Motorcycles, and almost anyting, etc...) and used to store your chainsaw safely and securely during transport to keep it from bouncing or falling out of equipment, or getting run over by leaving it on the ground.
Is it a permanent fixture to my equipment?
It can be! Or, you can easily unmount it from your equipment to install to another piece of equipment. To save time, we recommend getting a SawHaul for every piece of machinery you use while out cutting, and one for your storage shed/garage.
I see that it can be used with 1 or 2. How many do I need?
The SawHaul most certainly can be used with one unit. However, if only using one, we highly reccomend the use of our custom made Heavy Duty Scabbard to keep in from moving around. The number of SawHauls depends on the application and the terrain. In extremely harsh conditions, and if you find that it moves around to much for your liking, you can alway add another SawHaul to the bottom of it to keep it more secured. In most cases, one is usually just fine though.

What can we mount them to?
Almost anything!!! Popular uses have been Tractors, UTV's, Trucks, ATV's, Flatbeds, Trailers, Dump Trailors, Skid Steers, Wood Chippers, Bucket Trucks, Garage/Storage Shed Walls, Benches, and Mowers. Heck, we have even mounted them to Harleys!

What size of saw will the SawHaul accomodate?
With the scabbard, it will fit a 20" bar. The dimensions on the scabbard are 5/8" wide and
a 4 1/4" long opening. Fits most standard bars. For longer bars, people have been cutting out the ends of the scabbard to accomodate longer bars.
Will it fit my tractor?
The easiest response it most likely yes. The U bolt has an approximate width of 7 3/4" (inside to inside) and has a depth (from the inside of the U Bolt to the end of the threads of the U Bolt) of approximately 5 1/2". If not, we have solutions for that! See "What if it does not fit my tractor" in FAQ. See Pictures
What if it does not fit my tractor because the lift arm is too deep? As in there is not enough bolt?
We sell the flat plates additionally as well. In this case, just order an additional flat plate if your lift arm is over 5 1/2" deep. Then you can go to your local hardware store and purchase the length of bolt you need for the depth of your left arm.
